Here is the information:

 

1.                   Work Accomplished:  Completed all site preparation, installation of erosion control measures, dewatering the creek, earthwork, retaining walls, trails, utilities,
site electrical/lighting and irrigation.  Installation of the railings and landscaping is currently underway.  The belvedere, wildlife observation deck and amphitheater are complete
and work on the grotto fountain is progressing.

2.                   Description of planned work:  Complete the remaining items on the grotto fountain.  Complete all landscaping and railings.  Install park signage and the furniture.

3.                   Challenges encountered: None

4.                   Resolutions of corrective actions: None

 

I did not get as specific as Slade did.  If I did the description would be 15 pages long (his project is considerably smaller).  Please let me know if this is not what you are looking
for.

Clay & Slade:

 

While we’re waiting on COG to finalize our reimbursement phasing, I’m working on completing the “Milestone Report” for the construction phase reimbursement to be submitted with our invoices.
 I just need your help filling in Section 3 of the attached document.   Specifically, I need the following information for Redding Trail & Vitruvian Park:

 

1.        Work Accomplished:  (describe the work we did for the construction bid items)

2.       Description of planned work:  (What work do we have planned for the next phase:  Landscaping & Ped amenities.  Slade, you will basically describe all of the remaining work on
the Redding Trail since we moved some of your construction items to the next phase.)

3.       Challenges encountered: None

4.       Resolutions of corrective actions: None

 

We also need current project pictures, so if you just want to send me photos or links to photos, that would be fantastic.  I’m hoping to finish this report early next week and I really
appreciate your help.  Please give me a call if you have any questions or if I can help in any way.
