Kent,

I have looked all over BidSync and come to the conclusion that either the addendum tab is hidden in a layer of menus or I don't have access to it.  Regardless the purchasing rules say
that the addendum must be out 2 days prior to the bid, which would be Tuesday.  It should be fine to send it in Monday.  It just frustrates me that I cannot find the tab even though
I know it is possible that I just don't have access to it.
