Eric,

 

Attached is the completed pay application.  Please have it executed and returned for payment.

 

The only comment I have on the spreadsheet is that in the new summary, you need to include the amount paid for stored materials to date less the retainage on that amount.

 

The stored materials is probably ok, we just want to make sure that there is enough incentive at the end of the job to install the materials or if they go belly up that there is enough
incentive for someone else to complete the work.

The only stored materials item that I saw that was 100% was #288. This was 100% last month. Jennifer said that she just took his entire invoice and spread it out through the work item
#s. 

 

Not sure what you want me to do here.

Could you check the previous quantities on the items highlighted for Ron Lee to review.  I am getting different figures on those.

 

Also, on the stored materials, it appears that we may be paying them the total amount in the bid.  Customarily, they should submit paperwork showing the price they paid for the materials
instead of paying them the installed price.

 

Could you look into these two issues and send me an updated spreadsheet?
