Here is what we did in a nutshell:

Credited out the entire work task #71

The poles and fixtures could not be returned – so we added a line item for material only to be added back in (the result was a labor only credit).

 

1C

We added the brand new poles and fixtures in under 1C. The CO is for labor and materials.

 

 

Does that make sense?

Eric,

 

I noticed in Change Order 2 of for the bridges that we removed the labor and materials for the pedestrian poles for a savings of $13,373.79.  However, we added an item that paid for
the poles only at a total cost of $9,189.82.  In Change Order 6 for the park, there is an item for Pedestrian Bridge Light Fixtures in the total amount of  $12,822.00.  This cost appears
to include the cost of the poles as well, in which case the total cost of the lights has increased by $8,638.03.  I thought that the price of the lights was actually decreasing because
we chose a standard color as opposed to a custom color.  Should the $12,822 actually be $3632.18?  Could you clarify?
