There is no traffic signals for the park.  The traffic signal price should be provided by Mike Romanowski as part of Spring Valley.

2.        Need Detailed costs for Construction project.  For STREET CONSTRUCTION; BIKE/PEDESTRIAN TRAIL; INTERSECTION; SIGNALIZATION; DUCT BANK; UTILITES; LIGHTING; RETAINING WALLS,
ETC  (Clay)

3.       Detailed schedule for construction (Clay)

4.        Need detailed costs for Pedestrian and landscaping (SIDEWALKS, STREETLIGHTS, LANDSCAPING) (Clay)
