I’m not an expert on this stuff, but the permit that Bruce gave me a copy of yesterday (attached) appears to be for impoundment. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Eric,
The railing issue is resolved. We are going with the railing in the park that is currently shown. I am awaiting an answer on the pedestrian bridge.
Also, there was some confusion on the water rights permit yesterday. My understanding is that it is needed for an impoundment, in which case we need it before we build the Ponte weir.
Please work with Icon to get the water rights permit as quickly as possible.
