This is getting out of hand.  Send me please where it is shown in our contract that areas not under paving need 95 % compaction.  Let us also consider the realistic possibility of compacting
a creek bottom that contains several feet of saturated material.  We can proof roll and will never get a density.  Please note that we did not have the mitigation plan or the 404 permit
when we bid the project and it is not a part of our contract.  I am preparing the impact of this massive change of conditions and will submit shortly.  If the compaction is part of the
permit then please send over this specific item.  If anyone has any ideas on how to compact these areas please speak up as we do not believe we can achieve it do to this specific situation
but need ideas since we are removing pumps tonight.
