Eric,

 

Per our discussion this morning at the park meeting, this wall that Jennifer is referencing was bid item 283 as a structural wall detailed in the bid plans on sheets SP317 & SP320. 
Change Order 1 deleted bid item 283 for $17,760 and added item 283A for a soil nail wall for $11,760.  This wall is temporary and will be removed in the future.

Look on Sheet  SP 317, Detail 01.  It says Temp. Wall by Others.  Who’s others?
