Clay,
The well construction period is estimated at 120 days. Additional time will be required for the construction of a CMU pump house once the well is complete. The current schedule calls
for Kleinfelder to have final plans and specs on June 24th. At the kick off meeting Nancy mentioned your advertisement period is 6 weeks. If we advertise the last week of June and
open bids mid-August the well construction should be complete by mid-November.
Hope that answers your question. I can give you a better estimate for the pump house construction once I spec the equipment.

The paving on Bella is supposed to go from 7/5 to 8/3. That being said, putting this staging here here screws things up not only for Bella, but for our tree farm that is supposed to

Per our phone conversation we wanted to make you aware of a schedule conflict between the well construction and Bella Lane paving. I've attached a schematic showing the minimum construction
staging area for the well. The project schedule shows paving for Bella Lane in July. Any finished paving would likely be damaged during the well construction.
