Emad, It appears that there was a misunderstanding on Comment 1. It was the desire of Dallas Water Utilities to chart the evaporation rates on a standard distribution curve and take the 75th percentile as opposed to the average. I think the 4 gpm is correct, but we need to verify it. Comment 2, which pertains to the prefabricated storage tank, does not appear to have been altered. The town is concerned about the appearance of the prefabricated tank and would like some options if it is decided that the tank is unsightly. Could you revise the proposal to address these two issues. I am going to go ahead and get the proposal on the agenda and make the contract subject to the city attorneys approval. Could you send a revised proposal as soon as available. I need to include it in the agenda packet. I have sent the comments on the contract to the city attorney. I will let you know when I receive a response. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. I sent the contract you provided to our attorney for review. I will provide you comments whenever I receive the response from the attorney. I don't know if you are aware that we have a current Master Service Agreement that was negotiated with the Town in 2009. It would expedite matters if you can issue a work order under the already negotiated agreement. Thanks and please let me know if you have further comments. We look forward in supporting you and the Town on this project. Emad ________________________________ From: Kimberly Riley To: Emad AlTurk Cc: Richard J.
