We incorporated the responses to the first three comments you have into the attached proposal. I sent the contract you provided to our attorney for review. I will provide you comments
whenever I receive the response from the attorney. I don't know if you are aware that we have a current Master Service Agreement that was negotiated with the Town in 2009. It would expedite
matters if you can issue a work order under the already negotiated agreement. Thanks and please let me know if you have further comments.
