I completed the highlighted areas that need to be filled and attached the final document for your use. Please let us know the next step to get the contract executed and get the project started. Thank you for the opportunity to support the Town of Addison and we look forward to successfully completing this project. It is on the council agenda for tomorrow night. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. The “base” version is a clean copy of the document that you forwarded last week (with all changes accepted). Note that there are some blanks that need to be filled in, and there are two exhibits (Exhibit “A” (scope of services) and Exhibit “B” (partial payment)) that will need to be attached. Please review and let me know if you have any questions or comments. The information that you forwarded includes a proposal letter from Kleinfelder that includes sections regarding project understanding and assumptions, purpose and scope of basic services, etc. Attached to that letter is a document regarding resident project representation and a document entitled “Master Services Agreement.” The compilation of documents, including the agreement that you asked me to review, is a bit confusing. Which agreements are intended to be in effect, to control, etc.? I haven’t reviewed the letter or its attachments, but can do so at your direction. I sent the contract you provided to our attorney for review. I will provide you comments whenever I receive the response from the attorney. I don't know if you are aware that we have a current Master Service Agreement that was negotiated with the Town in 2009. It would expedite matters if you can issue a work order under the already negotiated agreement. Thanks and please let me know if you have further comments. We look forward in supporting you and the Town on this project. Emad ________________________________ From: Kimberly Riley To: Emad AlTurk Cc: Richard J.
