Can I get a copy of the canceled check?  It sounds like he is blaming North Texas Contracting for something that he was paid to take care of.  If this is the case, I agree with Eric
that we have completed our commitments for planting the area.

NTC paid him $750 to repair his irrigation. He told us it was fixed and I directed our landscaper (Methany) to hydromulch the area. Well his irrigation wasn't working and the hydromulch
didn't take.

As far as I'm concerned we've done what we said we would do.

Did he say who promised them an enclosure? I know I haven't promised him anything.

Tom,

 

I spoke with Joe, who is the property maintenance person for the Brooktown Town Homeowners Association.  I let him know that we would be starting on the screening wall on Monday and
that we would be taking down a portion of the fence.  He did request that we have the sprinkler heads fixed that were broken with the Vitruvian Way construction and reapply hydro-mulch
to the area (Eric, could you speak with Jennifer about this?).  He also stated that UDR had committed to build an enclosure for the dumpster area.  I told him I was unaware of this commitment
on UDR’s part, but that I would confirm that this was correct.  Could you relay this information to me?  Alternatively, you are welcome to contact him directly.

Now that the design submittal on the screen wall between Savoye and the Townhomes is complete, NTC would like to get started on building it. You had mentioned that you wanted to notify
the HOA before we got started.

 

Can you please let them know that we are planning on getting going on Monday? The work will include taking down their dumpster enclosure and 80’ +/- of their fence that is on our property.
