Number 4 in not even an option. First of all, you don’t want to leave a 5’ area between the fences where undesirables could hang out, and second, we have a commitment to plant a double row of trees in this area. Reducing the 20’ area to 15’ will not work. From: Eric T. We have a couple things to go over. 1. The screen wall is 10’ on the townhome side. 2. He does not employ any 10’ workers. 3. He cannot set a ladder against the wall to tool the joints. 4. He has to use scaffold. We have a couple options here: 1. Do not tool the joints on the townhome side. 2. Get with the residents and demo the entire fence. 3. Get with the residents and take the fence down a couple panels at a time and set up the scaffold in their parking lot. 4. Move the fence over about five feet and not mess with the townhome folks.
