The revisions cover several items and are as follows: C201 Background revisions related to VP102 Terrace Club access to VP and removal of temporary sidewalk at VP102 Ponte Ave. frontage. There are no dimensional control revisions. C203 South Pedestrian Bridge Landing layouts and approach pavement adjustments for coordination with the south pedestrian bridge second design. Landscape and Structural layout revisions are required and will follow after KSS review. C302 Background revisions related to VP102 Terrace Club access to VP. There are no grading revisions for VP facilities. C303 South Pedestrian Bridge Landing and adjacent area grade adjustments for coordination with the south pedestrian bridge second design. Detailed grading of bridge landings to be included on revised Landscape plan layouts. C401 Storm Drain revisions related to the revised upper Grotto trench drain layout. Detailed trench drain specification & layout and storm drain connection plan with flow lines was previously provided. 1 ½” water service for the park at the northeast corner of Ponte Ave. and the Creek was revised for coordination with revised water facilities shown on Ponte Ave. (also under the VP project). C402 ¾” water line routes to wall hydrants were revised for coordination with the revised south pedestrian bridge landings. C407 Water facility revisions along Ponte Ave. for coordination with the VP102 fire hydrant final design and for current future development plans east of the Creek. C410 Underground telephone duct bank facility revisions along Ponte Ave. for coordination with current future development plans east of the Creek. C601 Pavement revisions related to the VP102 Terrace Club access and temporary sidewalks at Ponte Ave. VP102 sidewalk to the Terrace Club is to be placed by VP102 contractor after the park path is in place. C602 Approach pavement adjustments at the revised south pedestrian bridge landings and the temporary sidewalk at Ponte Ave. C801 Revised irrigation sleeve across creek per the irrigation main alignment and the preferred installation. C802 Revised irrigation sleeve location across creek and the preferred installation. C803 Added irrigation sleeve across creek per the irrigation main alignment and the preferred installation. Miscellaneous revisions, horizontal & vertical (i.e. the pad grade for recirculation control cabinet), related to the revised south pedestrian bridge landings. C812 Street light location revisions related to current Ponte Ave. streetscape grading and current future development plans east of the Creek. Revised quantities for all of these items have been tabulated and are included in Change Order No. 5 currently being prepared.
