Bruce, please send the revised CO#7 as quickly as possible.

 

Andrew, we will need the street lights repainted and the last two installed, the electrical work done, the Addison logo manhole covers installed and the illuminated street name signs
installed before we can issue final payment.

BID-59 should be 20241 I believe.  Please verify.

 

On Change Order #7, we need to take 6 units out of Bid-269, because I believe there is an error in Change Order #1 (I think it should have been -3 instead of +3).

Per our meeting with Clay today, the following items need to be corrected on CO 7 ASAP:

 

                Delete #65 - 6” Topsoil from 1B contract

                Delete #96 – 7’ Type B Manhole from 1B contract

                #244 – Change Plan Quantity to 21 to account for shaft added in CO #3. Keep the Revised Quantity the same at 22.
