The 56 day breaks are attached. The grade beam does not appear to have met the specified strength.

What in-situ testing (if any) would you like us to perform here – coring, Swiss hammer to check the actual strength of the grade beam?

Please notify your subcontractor and TXI about this report. Kleinfelder will be breaking the 56day sample on January 28th.

 

Be ready to assist in any additional required in-situ testing. You may want to have TXI start looking at this now instead of waiting.
