Here are my comments:

 

#37 – Power Raking – erosion lines need to be addressed before we can approve 100% - reduce to 90%.

#112 – IRR Conduits – take up to 697lf to match the credit on CO #6 If we take it to 697, then that will bill the item completely and they are not quite finished with sleeves.  That’s
why I left it low.

#178 – Water Fountain – take up to 1ea to match the credit on CO #6

#202 – Hydromulch R1 - erosion lines need to be addressed before we can approve 100% - reduce to 90%.

#288 – Stone Ponte Bridge – take up to 3710 to match credit on CO #6 and the work complete on the south abutment (2660sf total/2 = 1330 + credit)

CO 5-2 – Fish Habitats – some still need to be buried – reduce to 85%

CO5 #166 – Duct bank – take up to 430lf to match the credit on CO #6

This is where I’m at.  The 4/0 wire was not added on the Bruce Change Order, but I went ahead and updated the pay application to match the agreement.  Hopefully, this covers everything.
