I would like to point out that all other items have been addressed, and this area is currently under grounds maintenance by us.  The remaining controller issues which are ground rod,
telephone hookup, and sensor hookup, will be handled asap.  Ron you will be able to address this with Joe Davila in your meeting later this week (Wed or Thurs).  He is out today for
a funeral.
