They were supposed to be. I’ll get with Andres and get this taken care of. Sorry. Eric From: Ron Lee [mailto:rlee@addisontx.gov] Sent: Monday, May 09, 2011 12:25 PM To: Eric T. Little Cc: Clay Barnett; Slade Strickland Subject: Vitruvian Medians Today, I noticed a broken drip line on the median opposite the Savoye 2 construction entry and I had one of my irrigators to check the irrigation. There were two broken lines which resulted in fairly significant areas of planting not being watered. I know this is going to be an ongoing problem until the construction is done, but isn’t there some sort of way that this can be handled other than my guys doing the repairs? Can’t Andres hire someone to check the systems regularly (at least once a week) and do any necessary repairs? This makes sense to me since they are the ones causing the problems. Once a week is what I would consider a minimal schedule for the checks and repairs to occur.
