I have not received any comments from Building Inspection on SP 4 or the concession stand.

I do not believe there is time to adjust SP 21.  Let’s let it go this round.

Just go with what you have on SP35.

Good morning Clay.  First, did you receive drawings from Victor this morning as promised?  Second, I have several small items to go over.

Did you get any response from Lynn re: Special Provisions Item 4?

Do you want to re-write and clarify Special Provisions Item 21?  It is not worded very well and this A+B thing always confuses the bidders.

Did you get with Dave Wilde re: Special Provision Item 35?

Have we gotten a full building review and comments for the restroom/concessions building?

 

I will need these answers and other plan comments wrapped up by the end of today to complete the bid documents and to get our subs the information they need to finish their drawings.
