He was going to ask for all this stuff regardless of what package the work is in. I’ve looked at this duct bank over and over and I don’t know how we go about building it without putting
the same support structure in that we did on the other side. We can discuss this today.

There are a couple more issues we noted on this change order.  The duct bank and a few other items will probably need some re-mobilization adjustments since they cannot be completed
until after the bridge is complete.  There is also an issue with removing the items from the street and putting them in the park because we are not using the same dirt or concrete sub
which presents a problem.  The unit price for the paving isn’t fair because the price shown is the average price which includes the slip form large pours and this will be a small hand
pour that requires a pump.  Is We will evaluate each item as well as look at the existing prices in the park to see what is most advantageous.

On Change Order #2, several items are in the base bid.  If they are in the base bid, we cannot use the CO2-#m, we have to use the BID-#.

Zach - Attached is the revised Change Order # 2 to the Park contract.  It includes the Ponte Avenue construction that was deleted from Phase 1B, the demolition items related to the existing
