The request for additional days is based on the over run of piers / casing and the addition of scope to the job.  After a detailed review of the changes I believe the original request
of 35+ days is a little heavy and think the below listed increase is more accurate:

 

1)      Piers – 14 calendar days (total $ increase related - $ 100,000)

2)      Electrical – 7 calendar days (actual / realistic install time of additions)

3)      Irrigation & Utility Adds – 5 Calendar days - (actual / realistic install time of additions)

4)      All other adds / deducts are basically a wash

 

Total revised days request for CO # 4 – 26 Calendar Days.
