I am unsure how to answer his question.  With the corrections to the change orders there is now $69,461.90 of unallocated funds in the park project, so the funds are there if needed.
 It would leave a balance of $26,248.63 for future change orders.  Additionally, it would need to go to council.

In conjunction with providing electric service to Vitruvian Park, Oncor Electric Delivery has provided a “Statement of Charges”, attached, to be paid prior to scheduling of the required
Oncor Electric work.

 

This work includes the following:

 

1.       Provide temporary three phase underground electric primary conductor in the existing electric duct bank from the existing temporary overhead electric line south to the Vitruvian
Park north electric service point near the proposed Grotto.  This work includes future removal when permanent underground electric facilities are in place.

2.       Provide three phase pad mounted transformer with metering at the Vitruvian Park north electric service point near the proposed Grotto.  

3.       Provide overhead electric line improvements including single phase overhead electric poles & line extension, single phase overhead transformer, single phase underground electric
service conductor and temporary cul-de-sac street light for the Vitruvian Park East Pedestal electric service point.  This work includes future removal when permanent underground electric
facilities are in place.

4.       Provide three phase overhead electric line improvements including three phase overhead electric pole, three phase overhead transformers and three phase underground electric
service conductor for the Vitruvian Park south electric service point.
