Eric,

 

I have a couple comments:

1.       Check Column K – There are several incorrect formulas in there.

2.       They need to adjust the “Various Credits” row under Change Order No. 1 to adjust for the trees (Bid Item 28), since this item was paid for in the previous pay application.

 

Please adjust the spreadsheet and send it back to me.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
