I have reviewed the change order and have a few comments:
1. Item 70A is CO1-3.
2. Item 71A is CO1-4. Additionally, this item has the incorrect price. The unit price is $1334.
3. Item CO-1 is mislabeled. I believe it should be labeled CO1-2.
Please make the changes and send the final version. I will get it on the council meeting for March 8. If you have any questions, please let me know.

On my copies of Change Order #4 and Change Order #5, I show the exact same description for pay item 112, “Furnish & Install Irrigation Conduits”.
Regarding the quantity for item #112, we added 59 feet on sheet C801, we added 54 feet to sheet C802 and we added 160 feet to sheet C803 for a total add of 273 feet. I then deducted
206 feet that was changed from 1-6” and 1-2” conduit to 1-8” and 1-2” conduit, thus resulting in a total add of 67 feet for the bid item #112, 1-6” and 1-2” conduits.

Well, can we use the same descriptions on each change order? It’s very confusing the way we’re doing it now.
Also, on the draft CO5 you sent me, Item #112 was increased 209lf, but on the one you sent yesterday it was only increased 67lf – so once we remove the 206lf that’s being replaced by
the 8” sleeves, I’m not sure if that leaves the revised quantity for #112 at 714lf or 856lf…..can you check that please?

On #112 the original description was “1-6” & 1-2” SCH 40 PVC IRR CONDUITS”, however on CO #4 you changed it to “IRRIGATION CONDUITS” and now on this one its “FURNISH & INSTALL IRRIGATION
CONDUITS”……..
For the sake of clarity, can we please use the same descriptions for the change orders that were originally used in the bid docs? This seems to be an issue on almost every single item
and I’m not sure why we’re changing the descriptions…………if there’s a reason, please let me know, otherwise can you correct this please?
