Tom, I've instructed NTC to have the erosion control people continue installing the erosion blankets on the creek banks and to continue repairing the couple of small sections of silt fence down by the weir. Everyone else including Austin are shut down. I just spoke with Brad Rusk and asked him to review with Bill Wallace so we can see if we can continue work at the Grotto and Amphitheater as I believe these are outside the jurisdictional waters, but I'm not sure.
