            The account I would like for you to use for this service, as well as all work to be done under the Vitruvian Park 1-C contract (once it is awarded and underway), is 49-000-58150-83100,
Land Betterments – Vitruvian Park. When we had budgeted for Vitruvian Park infrastructure, all capital money was placed in 49-000-58210-83100, Streets – Vitruvian Park. Because, according
to Clay that all of 1-C that will be associated with parks and creek improvements and that the cost is projected to be about $9 million, I am instructing Matt, through copy of this email,
to transfer $9 million from 49-000-58210-83100 to 49-000-58150-83100. Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me.
