Here is what I got from Jennifer while I was on vacation. $627.90/lf seems a bit high, but that’s just me.

Mark sent me pricing of $27,000 for the walls downstream of the weir.  He also brought up two options:

 

1.  Extend the lake wall.

2.  Extend the weir slab over and have rebar coming up out of that and pour the wall on top of the weir slab.

 

Take a look at this and let me know if Victor is comfortable with exploring an alternative method in that area.
