Clay, We have no problem extending the bid for 30 days. Attached is the executed document. The list looks good and I will generate the change order that incorporates the items involved with each amount. I’ll send it to you for review and you can forward to Icon if acceptable. Thanks again for letting us help with this process and we are looking forward to this project. Zach Fusilier North Texas Contracting 4999 Keller Haslet Road Keller, Texas 76248 Office - 817-430-9500 Cell - 817-819-6691 From: Clay Barnett [mailto:cbarnett@addisontx.gov] Sent: Monday, January 18, 2010 2:40 PM To: 'Zach Fusilier' Cc: Nancy Cline; Lea Dunn; Carmen Moran Subject: Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure, Phase 1C Zach, I just wanted to fill you in on where we are to date along with a couple of requests. I have attached where we stand on the Quantity Reduction Options, but we do have one last question. On the change in design for the screening wall, what class finish is included in the fascia for the soil nail portion of the screening wall? Also, please send a detail of the proposed soil nailed fascia wall. Tom from UDR will likely be contacting you concerning the incentive process. We are waiting on a funding agreement from Dallas County and therefore must delay the award of the bid. However, we will need to extend the bids as they currently expire on February 1. We believe 30 days will be sufficient. I have attached the letter extending the bids. If you are in agreement, please execute and return to us. If not, please let me know. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. Town Engineer Town of Addison 16801 Westgrove Drive Addison, TX 75001-2818 Office: (972) 450-2857
