I just wanted to fill you in on where we are to date along with a couple of requests.
I have attached where we stand on the Quantity Reduction Options, but we do have one last question. On the change in design for the screening wall, what class finish is included in
the fascia for the soil nail portion of the screening wall? Also, please send a detail of the proposed soil nailed fascia wall.
Tom from UDR will likely be contacting you concerning the incentive process.
We are waiting on a funding agreement from Dallas County and therefore must delay the award of the bid. However, we will need to extend the bids as they currently expire on February
1. We believe 30 days will be sufficient. I have attached the letter extending the bids. If you are in agreement, please execute and return to us. If not, please let me know.
