I can start at 8 but will have to go to the staff meeting and then another meeting that will go through lunch.  I will be back at about 1:30 so I can meet the rest of the afternoon.
 We have completed review of the landscape and irrigation plans today.  How do you want to go about listing the items out?  Do you want me to give you my list?
