Since it did not fall under Streets or Utilities and it is there to provide irrigation and make up water for the park, I assumed that the Parks Department would operate and maintain
the well and appurtenances.
Lisa indicated to me that she was going to have a meter on the outlet pipe for the recharge line.

1. Regarding the recharge issue, will it be Parks or Public Works that will monitor and record the recharge?
2. How do we differentiate the well water that is being counted toward recharge vs. that being used for irrigation? I am sure it will be some sort of meter, just asking. How is
it recorded?
