We can do it. We'll have a lot of questions of course since we've been a little out of the loop on what Bruce has done. For example: What is the basis for showing the well where it
is on the plans now? Are we sure it's clear of DWU water rights (as far as physical location and not being in danger in drawing down the same water you are trying to replace)? Has
the cone
of
influence already been determined? Has the phreatic surface already been determined? Have drawdown curves already been developed? Were there specific borings taken just for the well
to evaluate some of my questions above?
So in short, we can do it but if some of this above hasn't been determined yet, it needs to be. It's not as easy as just sizing a pump for 128 gpm. Let me know if you want us to start
putting together a scope for what we think needs to be done.
