With the revisions in mind, the unfunded portion for Phase 1C is $62,686.24.  The unfunded portion for Phase 1D remains at $97,403.25.  This brings the total unfunded portion to $160,089.49.

 

I will get Bruce Dunne started on the exhibits.

Tom and I visited with Tom L. and he is going to contract privately with ICON engineering for any remaining work that we may have with the park; so we’re pulling the ICON item from the
agenda.  Please revise Change order 4 to reflect that change.   The remaining funds from 1E ($150,000) will be reallocated to Phase 1C – the park.   Please follow up with Bruce and have
him revised Exhibit C-1 and D to reflect the new allocations.  John is working on the wording for amending those two items in the Master Facilities agreement.   Obviously we’re trying
to finalize the agenda, so if you can get that info to Sue Ellen asap that would be great.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Appreciate your help.
