Attached are the two emails I sent last week.
I have attached the meeting minutes from last week as well as the first and second pay applications from the contractor.
The 404 Permit does extend to the Town limits to the south.
The charrette for Spring Valley went well. The consensus was to push the roadway to the south in order to avoid AT&T, Atmos and several large live oaks along the existing northern right-of-way
limits. Town staff was going to talk to UDR about this concept. There was also a presentation about intersection design from the landscape architect. I will forward meeting minutes
when I receive them.
We need to know what items on the Bridge Dallas County will be participating on so that we can calculate the funding prior to taking the bridge contract to Council, which hopefully will
be June 22. Once that is complete, it will take roughly two weeks to get the contracts sign, so I anticipate that the kickoff meeting will be around July 6.

We have turned the meeting into a walkthrough for the street. We are starting at the park parking lot and walking the entire job. You are welcome to attend. I am told that we may
have some inclement weather, but the contractors time is up on Monday and they have committed to finish on time.
