Clay,
I think it would be a good idea to get access from the college if that is possible for construction. I’ll check on HL93 load rating.
Emad and I would like to propose Thursday June 2nd to meet with you to go over the 60% design review. Does this work for your schedule?

Lisa,
I was mistaken. The bridge is designed for HL93 loading. Not sure if that makes a difference or not. We do have the option of routing them through the college property, but we would
need to get an access agreement from them before we do. If the bridge is insufficient, please proceed with the assumption that we will be able to get an agreement with the school.
Thanks,

Subject: Well Drilling Process
Good Morning Clay,
I was able to confirm some information with a well driller. The smaller rigs are about 45 feet in length and the larger one are 65 feet in length. These rigs do exceed H20 loading.
The drill pipe is delivered on a tractor trailer flatbed. There is a reserve pit for water and a frac tank. This driller has a frac tank mounted to a trailer and must be accessible
to a vacuum truck to pump out the tank when it gets full. They really do need to have everything in the same area. Ideally they would have a 150 square foot area with the well location
in the middle and it’s a messy operation. A typical drilling operation needs to accommodate six tractor trailer trucks on site.
