I have been contacted by the landscape company for Vitruvian Park at the request of NTC regarding removal of the sapling trees and other vegetation growing underneath the wildlife observation
deck.

I was notified that the Town had to pay for the removals/eradication per NTC’s conversation with American Landscape Systems.

In my opinion, such removals should be covered as part of normal construction practices and should not constitute any additional charges to either UDR or the Town.
