The exhibit/attachment Lea is asking about is the legal description for the land. My notes do not reflect any decision to attache a UDR/subsidiary flow chart. Tom agreed to prepare an ownership flow chart simply to have it ready for the council meeting if anyone expressed concern about who these entities were, who owned what, etc. UDR does not want to attach any corporate organizational chart to the Amendment.
