Jennifer, American, my irrigators and myself met on the medians to look at some issues regarding the irrigation on the medians.  American was asked to submit an RFI through NTC.

1)       No sleeve was installed/unable to locate sleeve from the medians to the R.O.W. near the grotto for the future trees and landscaping.  Want to install valve on R.O.W. north of
grotto and connect to mainline before is goes through the sleeve at another location and on another median (have found this one) then sleeve under pedestrian promenade to supply water
to this future landscape area.

2)      Concerned high dollar controller will get damaged if installed on east side of roadway where shown. Propose to install on median where mainline crosses.  This would require conduit
to be run for a future phone line to be installed and for the 120-volt electrical service to be ran from the R.O.W. to the controller on the median.
