Lisa / Clay:  Nothing changed in the meeting related to the well.  We still need to get it designed and constructed as soon as possible.

We did finalize some issues, such as settling on 1.72M gallons of water a year to replace what is lost from evaporation, and Lea and John Hill will be developing draft language for the
permit.  Once we agree, we will review with Dallas and Farmers Branch and then send to TCEQ for inclusion in the final permit.  Dallas and Farmers Branch will then withdraw their objections.

As soon as we have the draft language, hopefully in the next few days, I will send to you for comments.  Tom
