Ron, We'll address. This damage is being done by Andres' concrete trucks. I will have them pay for the repairs. Thanks, Eric From: Ron Lee [mailto:rlee@addisontx.gov] Sent: Wednesday, October 27, 2010 11:32 AM To: Eric T. Little Cc: Tom Forrest ; Clay Barnett ; Slade Strickland Subject: Repairs Eric, I talked with Clay about the items below and he told me to run it past you and to bring up some items at tomorrow’s meeting: 1) The median nearest Marsh just got ran over again and the PVC header pipe and some of the drip tubing is broken. There is an 1 – 1½’ deep rut on the median now and several Asian Jasmine plants are destroyed. Who is going to pay to have this repaired? Typically, the Town requires the contractor to be responsible for everything, even items such as these, until final acceptance. American turned the water to this median off until the repairs can be made. 2) There is also a section of the median just east/north of Ponte that was ran over by trucks leaving the Savoye 2 site. American had just walked the site on their own an hour prior to our walk-through this morning and it was not there at that time. 3) In addition, the grassy area at the southeast corner of Marsh Ln. and Vitruvian Way is totally devastated by truck traffic. Considering that trucks are not allowed on Marsh Ln., this should not be happening. Clay told me that control of construction truck traffic needs to be left up to UDR and to bring this up in Thursday’s meeting. Let me know your thoughts on these. Thanks.
