UDR AND THE TOA HAVE PAID EVERY INVOICE SUBMITTED BY NTC TO US AND I KNOW OF NO PAY REQUESTS FOR CHANGE ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID (OUTSIDE OF THE CURRENT APP THAT WAS APPROVED LAST
WEEK).

2. Payment for over runs
PENDING CO #5 (PENDING SELECTION AND PRICING OF BELVEDERE TREE).

3. Changes to the looped main line
PENDING IRRITECH - I WILL F/U WITH THEM TOMORROW.

4. Request for tree replacement on Vitruvian Way  ( Resolved by email Eric sent)

5. Walking the final punch list on Vitruvian Way
PENDING CORRECTION OF ITEMS ON PUNCH LIST AND SCHEDULING OF WALK W/ TOA BY AMERICAN AND NTC.

6. Delivering controllers to the City of Addison

TOA DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THE CONTROLLERS PER RON.
