You aren't missing anything. I wasn't invited to the walk through so I don't know what Jerry told them.

The drawings don't indicate the lights being able to be raised, but that doesn't mean anything.

Will get to the bottom of it though.

Our fountain contractor just called and told me that the lights can not be raised up out of the fountain to be worked on like Greensccapes told us in the walk through the other day.
 The lights should be able to be raised about the water level for bulb changes, etc.
