	I visited the Vitruvian Park construction site this afternoon.  While I was there I received some good news from Eric Little.  The TCEQ issued a letter stating that they were rescinding
the violations at the Vitruvian job site.  This is a testament to the fantastic job that UDR has been doing in managing the project.

	 

	With the installation of the tree in the Belvedere this morning, the park is really taking shape.  It is exciting to watch as we round the corner on completing this project.
