The screen wall change saves $ 50,500 total and not the 12K I showed yesterday.  Increases the total by around $ 40,000 on the whole.  Although we are deleting the retaining wall the
screen wall still requires some piers since its 8’ tall and solid.  Still a good amount of savings.
