We would like to add a provision to the park package that instructs the contractor to commence installing the hardscape and landscape in Brookhaven Club Drive within 14 days of any written
request from the Town of Addison directing them to do so.

 

Secondly, we would like to add a special provision that states that the contractor must have previous experience working in FEMA floodplains with flows exceeding 2000cfs during the 100
year event.

 

Thirdly, please insure that all items that could potentially be removed after the project is bid are broken out from the base bid and included in an alternate bid.  All items in the
base bid when the bids are opened will be included in the contract and will not be removed.

 

Finally, a priority needs to be placed on addressing the flood study comments.  All comments must be resolved and the CLOMR submitted to FEMA prior to commencing construction on the
park.
