Attached for review please find a proposed Assignment and Construction Services Agreement with UDR regarding the construction of the Creek Area Park.  After your review, please provide
any comments you may have.

 

In the interest of time, I will be forwarding this on to Leonard Hoffman, attorney for UDR, for his review as well.

 

A couple of comments:

 

            1.         In connection with the construction management services to be provided, UDR is to provide a Project Construction Engineer.  In reviewing the services to be provided,
please advise if any additional language is needed with respect to the project engineering services to be provided.

 

            2.         Please note that the first portion of Exhibit A to the document (under Article I) provides for utilization of a trailer by an inspector for the City.  Please advise
if this language is needed.

 

            3.         The insurance provisions should be submitted to Randy Moravec for his review.
