Here is the history of the Granite Bollards.

 

1.       Deleted from the Phase 1B Bid by Addendum No. 1.

2.       Bid with Phase 1C per the attached drawing.

3.       Issued for Construction per the attached drawing.

 

The only thing that has changed, based on these two drawings, was the 2” through hole was removed and one ¾” x 8” threaded insert was added.

 

I vote for them to provide per the construction drawing at no additional cost or remove the through hole and provide a credit.
