Jennifer/Jamie, As you know, the landings at the pedestrian bridge were originally rejected due to excessive cracking (south side) and incorrect saw joint pattern (north side). These have since been removed and re-poured. I thought that we had made it abundantly clear how important getting the saw joints right was, but our instructions and discussions were pretty much ignored. The subcontractor Rebcon attempted to saw the joints by hand and these joints as is are not acceptable. They are not consistent in depth and they are crooked (as I would expect from being hand cut with a quickie saw). As of right now, both landings are rejected and NTC has two choices here: 1. Remove the landings, re-pour and saw cut correctly. Or 2. Machine saw the joints wider to correct the depth and crooked issues. Please let me know which direction you choose. Thanks, Eric
